About Me

Welcome to Mitch Phillips State Farm! We’re located in West Jefferson, North Carolina on Mount Jefferson Road. Our office has proudly served this community for over 34 years, and combined with my experienced team, we bring more than 64 years of insurance knowledge to the table.

We’re open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a daily lunch break from 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM. Need to meet outside those hours? We’re happy to schedule appointments after-hours when needed.

My team and I are here to help with all State Farm insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, Boat, ATV, and RV Insurance. We provide free quotes on all State Farm services and are licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia, serving customers in Ashe, Alleghany, Watauga, Wilkes, Grayson, Smyth, and Washington Counties.
